In accordance with Law No. 6698, as PEK Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in the capacity of data controller, your personal data obtained as described below will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed to third parties where permitted by legislation, classified, and processed in accordance with the purposes and to the extent necessary and proportional within the framework of our commercial relationship or the relationship arising from the contract with you. Details regarding this matter and your rights are summarized below for informational purposes:

The personal data processed includes identity data, contact data, financial data, Special Categories of Personal Data, visual and audio personal data, work data, and all other personal data specified in the Verbis registry.

**PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA**
Your personal data may be processed by the Company for purposes and legal reasons such as, but not limited to, fulfilling contracts established within the framework of all types of commercial, factual, and legal relationships with our company as per Article 5/2 of the KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data), fulfilling obligations under legislation, ensuring company security, implementing company policies, conducting human resources and personnel processes, interpreting the market, sales, marketing, administrative and financial planning, learning about your satisfaction with the service, managing logistics and supply processes, ensuring the uninterrupted continuation of operations, and for research and development purposes by the Company as the data controller or by authorized data processors.

**SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES IN TURKEY**
Your processed personal data may be shared with affiliated companies or companies we work with jointly to ensure the continuation of our activities within the framework of product and service procurement transactions, supply and logistics operations, research services, and the execution of contracts established for these purposes, or in order to fulfill contractual obligations, ensure company security, implement company policies, interpret the market, sales, marketing, administrative and financial planning, and for the purpose of maintaining corporate needs, learning about your satisfaction with the service, and for research and development purposes.

**SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES ABROAD**
If you are an employee within the relevant scope, your personal data may be shared with other related private law persons abroad, in connection with our company’s import-export processes, for the implementation of company policies, for carrying out and completing related operations, and for compliance with legislation for the aforementioned purposes.

**METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON**
As an employer, we may record your personal data physically or electronically during the contract preparation stage, contract establishment, or performance to fulfill our legal obligations, maintain the operation of our company, or due to the legitimate interest of the company. Within or outside the company, in production areas, we can record images and sounds using the company's visual and audio recording tools for security purposes.

Your personal data mentioned above can also be obtained through fully or partially automated means or by non-automated means.

**RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON**
By applying to our company, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if your personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with the purpose, know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions provided for in Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, request that the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred be notified of such requests, object to a result against you that has arisen due to the exclusive analysis of your personal data through automated systems, and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data. Our company collects personal data obtained from purchases or membership transactions made via the Site, data from the use of fixed/mobile internet and communication devices or mobile applications, behavioral transactions such as completing surveys, and directly provided customer information. Your personal data is processed for the establishment and execution of the membership agreement, creation and follow-up of customer records, performance of sales contracts, invoicing, after-sales services, ensuring product returns and refunds, marketing and analysis efforts, customer satisfaction activities, and ensuring information security and business continuity.

Your personal data may be shared with stakeholders in accordance with the “need to know” and “need to use” principles, including shareholders, business partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and other service providers both domestically and abroad.
