In accordance with Law No. 6698, as PEK Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in the capacity of data controller, your personal data obtained as described below will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed to third parties where permitted by legislation, classified, and processed in accordance with the purposes and to the extent necessary and proportional within the framework of our commercial relationship or the relationship arising from the contract with you.
