In accordance with Law No. 6698, as PEK Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in the capacity of data controller, your personal data obtained as described below will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed to third parties where permitted by legislation, classified, and processed in accordance with the purposes and to the extent necessary and proportional within the framework of our commercial relationship or the relationship arising from the contract with you. The personal data processed includes identity data, contact data, financial data, Special Categories of Personal Data, visual and audio personal data, work data, and all other personal data specified in the Verbis registry.

**PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA**
Your personal data may be processed by the Company for purposes and legal reasons such as, but not limited to, fulfilling contracts established within the framework of all types of commercial, factual, and legal relationships with our company as per Article 5/2 of the KVKK (Law on the Protection of Personal Data), fulfilling obligations under legislation, ensuring company security, implementing company policies, conducting human resources and personnel processes, interpreting the market, sales, marketing, administrative and financial planning, learning about your satisfaction with the service, managing logistics and supply processes, ensuring the uninterrupted continuation of operations, and for research and development purposes by the Company as the data controller or by authorized data processors.

**SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES IN TURKEY**
Your processed personal data may be shared with affiliated companies or companies we work with jointly to ensure the continuation of our activities within the framework of product and service procurement transactions, supply and logistics operations, research services, and the execution of contracts established for these purposes, or in order to fulfill contractual obligations, ensure company security, implement company policies, interpret the market, sales, marketing, administrative and financial planning, and for the purpose of maintaining corporate needs, learning about your satisfaction with the service, and for research and development purposes.

Within or outside the company, in production areas, we can record images and sounds using the company's visual and audio recording tools for security purposes.

**RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON**
