ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННЫЕ ЛИНИИ САХАРНОГО

Soft biscuit production is the most common and basic production technic. Dough is being shaped by pressing the dough through the holes on the dough shaping mould. For Soft Biscuit production, only Rotative Dough Molding Machine is enough for dough shaping.

ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННЫЕ ЛИНИИ ЗАТЯЖНОГО, САХАРНОГО ПЕЧЕНЬЯ

Dough is shaped into flat sheet format by gauge cylinders in Hard Biscuit production process. Dough shaping is made by cutting of flatten dough with a rotary cutter. Leftover dough is fedback to the begining of the production line with some conveyors.

ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННЫЕ ЛИНИИ ЗАТЯЖНОГО, САХАРНОГО И КРЕКЕР ПЕЧЕНЬЯ

By adding some additional equipment to Hard&Soft Biscuit Production Line, it is posible to produce Cracker Biscuits as well. Cracker Production process is similar to Hard Biscuit Production process.In Cracker production process, the dough is shaped into flat sheet format by gauge cylinders.

ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННЫЕ ЛИНИИ БИСКВИТНОЕ ПЕЧЕНЬЯ

In Wirecut Cookie Production process, the dough is forced to pass through shaped nozzles by specially desinged gear pump unit. The oven of this process needs to have steel sheet conveyor belt (the belt which bakes the products).

ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННЫЕ ЛИНИИ КЕКСИ

In Cake Production process, cake dough is being deposit inside the trays. Product is being baked inside the trays. Baked products is being handled with several technics (Vacuumed cake capture, tray tilter etc…) from the trays and they are being transferred to cooling conveyor.
