Soft biscuit production is the most common and basic production technic. Dough is being shaped by pressing the dough through the holes on the dough shaping mould. For Soft Biscuit production, only Rotative Dough Molding Machine is enough for dough shaping.
Picnic, Finger, Oreo type biscuits are some samples of Soft Biscuits.
