In Cake Production process, cake dough is being deposit inside the trays. Product is being baked inside the trays. Baked products is being handled with several technics (Vacuumed cake capture, tray tilter etc…) from the trays and they are being transferred to cooling conveyor. With different shape of trays, it is posible to produce different shaped products.

Cup cakes, Big Baton Cakes are belong to that product group.

By using some additional equipments (like Cream Injection Unit, Mosaic Cake Mixer, Chocolate Enrober etc…), it is posible to enlarge the product type variety on the same production line.
